1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy describes how DadosCorp collects, uses, stores, and protects user personal data, in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

2.1. Information provided by you: When registering, we collect username, email, and password (hashed). If you use Google social login, we receive your email and Google identifier — it is you who decides to share with us the data you have already provided to Google, not the other way around.

2.2. IoT telemetry data: We store data your devices voluntarily send. You are the data controller; we act as the data processor.

2.3. Analytics data: We use Google Analytics with anonymized data — no names, emails, or personally identifiable information. Cloudflare Turnstile protects against bots on the login form.

2.4. Cookies: Only essential session cookies and language preference cookies. No advertising tracking cookies.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Exclusively for: (a) operating the platform; (b) authenticating your access; (c) processing your telemetry; (d) sending transactional emails (activation, password recovery, notifications); (e) improvements based on anonymized data; (f) fraud protection.

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Sharing occurs only in the following strictly necessary situations:

4.1. Operational partners: Anonymized analytics data with Google Analytics. Google social login: data flows directly between you and Google; we only receive authentication confirmation. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browsing data for anti-bot verification.

4.2. Legal obligation: Upon court order or request from competent authority.

5. STORAGE AND SECURITY

Secure servers with restricted access. Passwords: PBKDF2-SHA256 hash. Tokens: SHA256 hash. All communications use HTTPS. No system is 100% secure — we will notify you in case of relevant breach.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your data while your account is active. Unactivated accounts are removed after 60 minutes. Request deletion via legal@dadoscorp.com.br.

7. YOUR RIGHTS
